Returns and Exchanges


Returns are acceptable within 30 days of your purchase from TrafalgarStore.com To process a return, contact us by emailing Sales@TrafalgarStore.com for a free return label. You must receive a return label from TrafalgarStore.com. Return your purchase in the ORIGINAL CARTON using the return shipping label we provide.

Note that if you paid for expedited shipping, this charge is not refundable, unless the item received was damaged or defective. 

Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee


TrafalgarStore.com does not offer exchanges. To exchange an item from TrafalgarStore.com, follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. The 15% restocking fee will be waived if a new order is placed before your return is received. 

Damaged Items

Sales Tax

We collect Sales Tax only for orders shipped to New York and Louisiana.
