When will my package arrive?

TrafalgarStore.com ships most orders within one business day. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Free shipping over $99 is available in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Protectorates and is expected to arrive within 3-6 business days. Some overseas APO, DPO and FPO locations may take up to 15 business days for delivery.

Next Day Air orders placed by noon CST are expected to arrive the next business day.  

International orders are expected to arrive within 5-9 business days. We currently ship to Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Standard shipping starts at $8.99 US.

How do I return an item?

At Trafalgar, we aim to make returns and exchanges hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days of delivery date for a refund, gift card, or exchange. Most returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving the package. Shipping and returns within the United States are free.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in like-new condition*, with return slip in the box. Please contact our Customer Service team if the item is not in like-new condition before returning.

In order to initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page and input your order number and the email you provided at checkout.

Trafalgar is not responsible for return shipments not received. Please note that returns refused packages or returns valued over $1,000 may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

*If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible, so we may rectify the situation.

What if my package was lost in the mail?

If you believe the package was lost in the mail, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. In the event of a lost package, we offer a full refund, or we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.

How should I care for my exotic leather product?

As with any exquisite and luxurious item, proper care and storage of your Trafalgar genuine alligator or crocodile leather is recommended and will help to provide many years of enjoyment. We suggest that you keep your exotic leather products in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated location and that you keep your Trafalgar product away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Please wipe your item dry, as soon as possible, after contact with moisture and allow it to dry naturally - never use a hair dryer as this will dry out the leather. Each Trafalgar exotic leather product is unique and natural. When you take care of your fine purchase, it will burnish and age gracefully into a fine patina.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

We only allow one discount code per order.

When will customer service respond to my inquiry?

Our Customer Service team will respond as quickly as possible. Emails are answered in the order they are received. Follow-up emails will push your inquiry to the end of the line. Please allow 2-4 business days for a response. For a speedier solution, please include your order number, if applicable.
