If you are not completely satisfied with your TrafalgarStore.com purchase, exchange or return it at no cost within 30 days for a new product, full refund, or store credit. What is your return policy?
- Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original product packaging and in “like-new” condition (not worn, washed, used, or damaged).
- If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
- At this time, we are only able to offer free returns to domestic U.S. customers.

- Returns valued over $1,000
- Refused packages
Trafalgar is not responsible for return shipments not received. We process most returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the package.
