Return Policy

Thank you for your business! Trafalgar keeps returns and exchanges hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, exchange or return it at no cost within 30 days for a new product, full refund, or store credit. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Please use the portal below to begin your free return. 

What is your return policy?

  • Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original product packaging and in “like-new” condition (not worn, washed, used, or damaged).
  • If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
  • At this time, we are only able to offer free returns to domestic U.S. customers.
Please note, that final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. The following items are final sale:
  • Monogrammed products
  • Used or damaged merchandise
  • Last chance products
The following are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%:
  • Returns valued over $1,000
  • Refused packages

Trafalgar is not responsible for return shipments not received. We process most returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the package.
