Return Policy

Thank you for your business! Trafalgar keeps returns and exchanges hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, exchange or return it within 30 days for a new product, refund, or store credit. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. If shipping charges are not applicable, a return fee of $6 will be deducted from your return. Some exclusions apply. Exchanges are free. Please use the portal below to begin your free return. 

What is your return policy?

  • Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original product packaging and in “like-new” condition (not worn, washed, used, or damaged).
  • If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
Please note, that final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. The following items are final sale:
  • Monogrammed products
  • Used or damaged merchandise
  • Last chance products
The following are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%:
  • Returns valued over $1,000
  • Refused packages

Trafalgar is not responsible for return shipments not received. We process most returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the package.
