TRAFALGAR NATIONAL SUSPENDER DAY SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The sponsor of the Trafalgar National Suspender Day Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is Phoenix Leather Goods LLC, with its principal place of business at:

Bolingbrook, IL 60440

("Sponsor").

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 20, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Phoenix Leather Goods LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant must:

1. Follow @Trafalgarstore on Instagram.
2. Post an original photo of themselves wearing suspenders on their public Instagram account.
3. Tag @Trafalgarstore in the post.
4. Include #TrafalgarNSD and #Sweepstakes in the post.

The participant's Instagram account must be public so that the Sponsor can verify the entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Each entry must:

• Be an original photo created and posted by the entrant.
• Feature the entrant wearing suspenders.
• Be posted from a public Instagram account.
• Tag @Trafalgarstore.
• Include #TrafalgarNSD and #Sweepstakes.
• Be suitable for public viewing.
• Not contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Not infringe or violate any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Entries that are late, incomplete, private, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it determines, in its reasonable discretion, does not comply with these Official Rules.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Three (3) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The random drawing will take place on October 21, 2026.

The three winners will be announced on or about October 21, 2026, after eligibility has been verified.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The potential winners will be contacted through Instagram Direct Message from the official @Trafalgarstore account.

7. PRIZES

Three (3) winners will each receive two (2) pairs of Trafalgar suspenders with an approximate retail value of $200.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $600.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any taxes or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Each potential winner will be contacted by Instagram Direct Message using the official @Trafalgarstore account.

Each potential winner may be required to provide information necessary to verify eligibility and receive the prize.

If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days after the Sponsor's first attempted notification, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

9. USE OF SUBMITTED PHOTOS AND CONTENT

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant grants Phoenix Leather Goods LLC and its Trafalgar brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, and otherwise use the submitted photo and any accompanying caption or other submitted content for advertising, marketing, promotional, social media, website, email, and other commercial purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without additional notice, approval, payment, or other consideration.

This permission includes, but is not limited to, use on:

• Trafalgar social media accounts
• Trafalgar websites
• Email marketing
• Digital advertising
• Promotional materials
• Future marketing campaigns

By submitting an entry, the entrant represents and warrants that:

• The entrant owns or has the necessary rights to submit the photo.
• The submission does not violate the rights of any third party.
• The entrant has obtained any necessary permission from identifiable individuals appearing in the photo.

The Sponsor is not obligated to use any submitted photo or content.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLOSURE

Participants should clearly identify their Instagram post as a Sweepstakes entry.

Participants are instructed to use #TrafalgarNSD and #Sweepstakes as part of their entry.

The Sponsor recommends placing #TrafalgarNSD #Sweepstakes clearly within the post caption rather than relying solely on a separate comment or profile information.

11. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the Sweepstakes.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, inaccessible, or misdirected entries; technical failures; Instagram outages; or other problems that may interfere with participation.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

14. OFFICIAL RULES

These Official Rules are available on this page throughout the Promotion Period.
