We ship 85% of our orders the same day an order is received and 99% of our orders within 2 business days... however we can not guarantee in-transit delivery times. Your actual delivery date is subject to freight and road conditions beyond our control.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please email us at any time or call us at 1-800-971-4920 Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. We will provide a shipping quotation and delivery estimate.
Post Office Boxes and Street Addresses:
Note that UPS does NOT deliver to post office boxes, please be sure to include a street address for delivery when placing your order.
2nd and 3rd Day Air Shipments Are Available:
For items shipped via 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air an additional shipping fee will be added to your order as indicated during your checkout. The price for expedited shipping is calculated upon your location and the weight and dimensions of your purchase.
Track Your Order in Real Time, 24/7:
You can track your orders in real time 24 hours per day by logging into your account, and viewing your “order history” or you may click the “track my order” link in the confirmation email you received from TrafalgarStore.com. Feel free to contact customer service if you have any further questions.
Returns:
Should you wish to return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase, be sure to contact us for a Free Returns Label. (A) You must Receive a Return Label From Trafalgarstore.com, to get a Free Return. (B) Remember to write: "Trafalgarstore.com "TRAFALGAR CUSTOMER SERVICE " on the package, (C) return your purchase in the ORIGINAL CARTON using the return shipping label we provide.
Note that if you paid for expedited shipping, this charge is not refundable, unless the item was received damages or defective. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Damaged Items
If you receive any item in your original order that is damaged please contact us and we will replace it for Free. Please send all returns to the address listed below. Sales Tax
We collect Sales Tax only for orders shipped to New York and Louisiana.
TrafalgarStore.com Rewards Program:
As of June, 2010 TrafalgarStore.com will no longer issue Reward Points on new purchases. All existing Reward Points may still be deemed as per the program policy.
Rewards Points may be redeemed on a “one point toward one dollar” new purchase, valid thru December 31, 2010.
Reward Point recipients may view their point status at any time by signing into their member profile.
If you have sufficient points to redeem for a purchase you may do so by selecting “Pay with Points” during checkout. Note, rewards points may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.
