Free Shipping

Trafalgarstore.com is currently offering Free Shipping via UPS Ground within the "contiguous" United States. For all shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please call us at 1-800-971-4920 Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, please be sure to include a street address for delivery when placing your order. Items shipped via 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air, a shipping fee will be added to your order as indicated during your checkout. The price for expedited shipping is calculated upon your location and the weight and dimensions of your purchase. Please note that we ship within 1 to 2 business days, but we can not guarantee in-transit delivery times. Actually delivery dates may be subject to freight conditions beyond our control. You can always track your orders by logging in or just follow this link to Tracking Orders.

Returns:

Should you wish to return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase, be sure to contact us for a Free Returns Label. (A) You must Receive a Return Label From Trafalgarstore.com, to get a Free Return. (B) Remember to write:  "Trafalgarstore.com "TRAFALGAR CUSTOMER SERVICE " on the package, (C) return your purchase in the ORIGINAL CARTON using the return shipping label we provide.

Note that if you paid for expedited shipping, this charge is not refundable, unless the item was received damages or defective. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Damaged Items

If you receive any item in your original order that is damaged please contact us and we will replace it for Free. Please send all returns to the address listed below. Sales Tax

We collect Sales Tax only for orders shipped to New York and Louisiana.
